MAXIMUS UK Call for Supply Chain Partners for DWP CAEHRS

MAXIMUS UK – building delivery partnerships to support the UK’s future labour market challenges and opportunities through the CAEHRS Framework.

MAXIMUS UK (incorporating Remploy) has been at the forefront of delivering large-scale employment, health and disability programmes for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and devolved commissioners for more than 25 years. We are a recognised, respected and trusted partner to governments worldwide, employing nearly 4,000 colleagues across the UK, including more than 1,400 clinicians.

Across all our programmes we are committed to working collaboratively with a wide range of delivery partners drawn from the private, public, charitable and voluntary sectors, to deliver innovative and high quality services to support individuals to find and access meaningful employment. By working in partnership we have been able to deliver strong performance across our programmes, and are the highest performing Work and Health Programme provider nationally.

We are now entering an unprecedented period of global recession and unemployment as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, from which the UK economy will be heavily impacted for many years to come. Effective collaboration and partnership between organisations is vital to deliver the joined-up, effective and agile approaches needed to rapidly support unemployed people back into work.

MAXIMUS UK is bidding to secure a place on the DWP ‘Commercial Agreement for the Provision of Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS) framework across all lots. CAEHRS will be a framework through which DWP intend to commission wide-ranging services from high quality providers to support individuals back to work and to support employers with their workforce needs.

Driven by the principles of genuine partnership working, we are seeking to engage new and existing partners at this early stage who are interested in collaborating with us to design and deliver future employment programmes which may be commissioned through the CAEHRS.

If you would like to register your interest in working with us, then please complete our short webform here. At this stage we are asking for brief high-level information from you to facilitate future discussions, rather than requesting completion of a detailed EOI. You are welcome to contact a member of our partnerships and business development team informally to find out more about MAXIMUS UK and our plans. Contact details for each region are provided below.
