Your matrix 3-Year Review Assessment – Are Your Ready?

As you will be aware your organisation’s matrix certification has to be renewed every three years.

To give your matrix Assessor time to work with you to plan your reassessment, and for all fees to be paid before the start of the evidence gathering visit, your online booking form needs to be submitted at least 12 weeks before your 3-year anniversary date at the very latest. This is the date that appears on your matrix certificate. For your reference, our booking form can be opened by clicking the following link:
